I went back to that fancy restaurant/cafe with the view for dinner. I got a falafel bowl which was so good. It ended up pouring while I was there and I had to wait it out for awhile. Thankfully I was leaving Laos soon because the rainy season was just starting and I was already getting stuck in the rain at times.

This morning for some reason I just felt like getting up early to try and watch the hot air balloons. I know, who am I getting up early? I was up for around 6 am to see them floating up in the air.
Within an hour most of them were coming down. One of the other reasons I booked this hostel was because I saw their pictures showing a hot air balloon coming right down behind the building. I got lucky to see one doing exactly that.
Breakfast started at 7:30 so I made my way down to grab a plate. It was the most random buffet of foods for breakfast.
I took a stroll around town just finding new spots of the town I hadn’t seen before. I stopped into this bakery to get some coffee and lunch.
I ended the day right with a really yummy dinner and roti. It was my last day so the night was spent packing.
