First day in Luang Prabang! Mary, Blenda, and I planned to go visit the war museum and then explore the streets.
It was a sad start to the day. The museum was very informational about the struggles that Laos is still going through to this day because of the Vietnam war. We took awhile to go through the small, yet informative museum, and also saw a heartbreaking video about the problems the bombs were still causing to the country.
Afterwards, we planned to go for lunch and met up with Thibaut and Tony(from USA).
We walked around town for a bit, got some icecream, and headed back to the hostel.
I loved Luang Prabang. It was a very cute town it was busy but still felt quiet. Plus the food night market down the street was amazing. We all went back for dinner and some dessert, roti.

Later in the night we did the only thing to do in Luang Prabang, which was go to the bowling alley. It was honestly super fun, they had party music playing, not only bowling but also an archery spot.

There was a bunch of us from Pai, from the slow boat, and the hostel at the bowling alley. This guy from Japan named Yuta knew magic and did a little card magic show for all of us and it blew my mind.
