Before cooking, our chef for the day took us to the local market to buy some fresh ingredients. It was a nice add on to the tour, as she let us taste/smell some fruits, veggies, and herbs. When we arrived everything was perfectly set up for us.
We ended up making a fish clay pot, spring rolls, chicken papaya salad, and these rice paper wraps. Absolutely stuffed by the end. It also felt like a was eating at a restaurant, the dishes turned out so well, felt like a true chef.😎
We had to skin a tomato so that it was all one long thin piece, and then roll it up into a rose. I think my artsy side came out because mine looked very much like a rose compared to other people’s.😅
The final dishes!😍(I forgot to take a picture of the clay pot) Also, we didn’t make these, but they ended up serving some mussels with the meal. I ended up loving them they had a really nice sauce and peanuts to top them.
Overall, such a lovely day with Daphne and others, totally worth $20. Plus you leave having had the best dinner ever.
