(May 29th) Today was mostly a day on the road we had to bus from Queenstown to Franz Josef which was a nice 5 hour ride plus all our little food stops. We started the day off great by stopping at a cute grocery store. I got some fruit and also some homemade ice cream that you could add your own flavoring in, I added in blueberries and it was the best thing ever. The weather was also beautiful and my friend, Maddie, posed perfectly for my picture of her, it’s definitely one of my favourites now!
Before officially getting to our hotel for the night we stopped to take a walk and look at a waterfall. When we got off the bus to go check it out you could hear it from there and it was still a 5 minute walk away. It was a little rainy so some people didn’t come but its not like you’re going to be here again so I decided to go.
We finally made it to our hotel for the night and had a buffet dinner prepared for us, and some dessert too. We spent the night hanging out, playing pool, and having some drinks.
