I’m finished my second week and it just feels unreal. Time has gone by in a flash and I only have one week left until I have to leave and move on to the next leg of my journey.
This past week we started reading groups and I have a third of the class to myself to teach and I absolutely love it. Being able to connect with a smaller part of the class is so enjoyable. I do love teaching the whole class but that’s about 50 kids at once. I’ve even got to know kids outside of school, mostly at the sports afternoon activity. They all love snapchat… and my glasses.
I loved building the first week so I signed up for more of it but unfortunately I got sick for the 2 days I was suppose to go. They have made so much progress on the school we started though I’m so happy.
