Getting to drive around was magical because I got to see the mountains and the cherry blossoms start to blossom. After the caves the drive back was beautiful and I stopped at a cute little cafe that was quite quirky. It had the cutest tea cup and saucer set and the restaurant was covered with just anything you could imagine.
I got to go out for dinner with Sakoda, Asami and a bunch of their friends. There was so much food but we finished it all. The waiter was so nice and called me his little helper because I would take the dishes and pass them along to others. He gave me a little pen as a gift which I now use to write my journals. I couldn’t believe the door when I saw it, it was tiny so everyone had to duck a lot to get through the doorway.
