A bunch of us from the group and hostel wanted to go to a Lagoon again. Due to us loving Lagoon 4 and disliking Lagoon 1 we didn’t want to chance going to a bad Lagoon again and opted to go back to Lagoon 4. Of course as soon as we arrived and settled in it started getting cloudy in the distant. You could actually see a thunderstorm brewing in the distance and some lightning.

Probably within 20 minutes everyone got out of the water and hung out under the small shelter because it started pouring.

The storm passed over us in 20 minutes and honestly made the place even better. The water became even more blue, the greenery was more vibrant, and everything was shining under the sun. I actually found the rain pleasant during and after the storm.

Had some fun on the “diving board” and watching people on the zip line. I did it a few times too.

We stayed for a couple hours and then headed back to town. Our tuk tuk driver was so talkative and funny. There was a herd of cows on the road and he barely slowed down and just made them move out of the way yelling “hamburgers”. Disclaimer: No cows were hurt haha.

I stopped to grab some fresh fruit, I was obsessed with mangosteen. It looked like an orange when you opened it, but white like a lychee and it tasted like a creamy mango. Absolutely delicious and cheap. Yesterday Kelsey, Morgan and I booked some adrenaline activity for sunset, so I relaxed at the hostel until then.
