Today was the day Kelsey was leaving me, how rude. Just kidding haha, but it felt weird because we had been together almost everyday since Pai. I got up early to join her for breakfast and throughout the trip we realized we had the exact same backpack. We wanted to take pictures together and then she left shortly after breakfast.
I ended up checking out of the hostel because it was so quiet now. My whole group had left and there wasn’t many other people staying there. I also wanted a change of scenery and a pool. I found a place just walking distance down the street and made my move. The hostel was really nice and had a nice view off the balcony. I was on my own again which felt nice but realized I had a few days left in Vang Vieng before heading south. I had already done everything I wanted to do when visiting this town so the last few days were used to recharge and rest before my next adventure.
