(May 15th) I find it funny because Wellington is the capital of New Zealand and definitely one of the bigger cities in the country but I still saw it as a little town like everywhere I had been so far. Everything seemed to be in walking distance, and the only major thing that I researched about what to do(on a budget) in Wellington was the free museum they had. I spent the day walking around the city and ended up going to the Museum of New Zealand, Te Papa Tongarewa. It was massive and quite impressive, especially since it was free. I especially enjoyed the art museum that was also part of it. They had one room that had a sign “share the love”, beside that they had hundreds of pictures of people covering the wall. Also on the other wall they had markers that you could use to write a message on the wall.
