(March 3rd) On Sunday Hiroshi and I went to the Tokyo Museum. They had so many old artifacts that were really interesting or weird looking. One that really confused me was the block that they used as a pillow. I would rather sleep sitting up than put my head on that to sleep.

Recently before my travels started I was intoduced to a little bit of buddism in the “Book of Joy” with Dhali Lama and Desmond Tutu. China and Japan both have many buddha statues and temples that I find more interesting now because of that book.

Afterwards we walked down a street lined with shops and decided to grab dinner there. They had a lot of weird stuff there but the weirdest was that they were selling fake hair on a visor for around $40.

Dinner was so yummy we got Tokyo style Okonomiyaki. It was a mixture of dough, cheese, a bunch of veggies and an egg. You got to pick what topping you wanted so we got one with pork and one with seafood. They also make it right infront of you so it was an experience.
